Dick Ngobeni

Dick Ngobeni is the current CEO of Fleet Horizon Solutions and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the business. With over 20 years of experience driving strategic business growth, Ngobeni has a proven executive management track record.

His extensive experience includes roles at multinational companies such as BP South Africa, where he served as a Researcher for Africa Downstream, and Fuel Master, where he was the Business Development Manager. In these roles, Dick led the design and implementation of successful growth strategies.

Prior to his tenure at Fleet Horizon Solutions, Ngobeni gained valuable experience at two of South Africa’s major financial institutions. At Standard Bank SA, he held a management role as the Public Sector Head. He later joined WesBank as a Public Sector Specialist for Fleet Management & Asset-Based Finance. Within WesBank, Ngobeni advanced to the position of Operations Manager for First Auto, where he was instrumental in delivering on the RT46 contract, managing nearly 100,000 vehicles for the Fleet Government contract.

Dick Ngobeni holds a BCom degree, specializing in Law and Economics, from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, underpins his ability to lead and innovate in the fleet management industry.

Allick Jones

Allick Jones holds a B.Com (Economics) degree from the North West University. With over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Allick Jones is a distinguished expert in Corporate and Investment Banking, Structured Asset Finance, and Fleet Management Science. He has held executive positions in prominent financial institutions, including First National Bank, Standard Bank, and WesBank.

Allick’s leadership has been pivotal in steering strategic business priorities and developing innovative financing solutions, particularly for emerging black-owned enterprises across various sectors. His deep expertise in crafting and implementing complex business solutions has led to numerous successful ventures. Among his many achievements, Allick has structured the origination of funding on major transactions in the Asset Based Finance and Fleet Management industries. Notable transactions include Sibanye Still Water for R80 million, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality for R1 billion, Road Accident Fund for R50 million, National Prosecuting Authority for R70 million, Air Traffic Navigation Services for R600 million, and South African Broadcasting Corporation for R350 million. Allick’s track record of delivering impactful financial solutions underscores his reputation as a seasoned banker dedicated to fostering economic growth and development.

Carl Moyo

Carl Moyo is an accomplished business executive with over 27 years of global business leadership experience in blue-chip multinational firms. His expertise spans diverse industries, including Private Equity, Oil & Gas Downstream, Chemicals Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Carl has made significant contributions across the Middle East, Europe, Australasia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Known for his adeptness in attaining commercial goals, Carl excels in executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, penetrate new markets, and build high-performing teams. His business acumen and achievements have earned him recognition as a trusted leader in the industry.

Currently, Carl serves as the Strategy & Project Leader at Fleet Horizon Solutions. In addition, he is the founder and CEO of Cratonic Capital and an Investment Committee Member of Spear Capital. He also holds the Non-Executive Chairmanship for Hybr, underscoring his influential role in various sectors.
Carl’s core competencies include strategic leadership, self-management, operations management, change management, innovation, and turnaround specialization. He is a major force in revenue enhancement and new market penetration, consistently delivering impactful results Educationally, Carl holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Tshidiso Seoposengwe

Tshidiso Seoposengwe is an executive with over 18 years of experience in the fleet and finance industries, specializing in operational efficiency, business restructuring, and supply chain optimization across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM), a Post Graduate Diploma (PgDip – Law), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Tshidiso’s key skills include fleet operations management, business restructuring, contract negotiation, supply chain automation, strategic planning, telematics solutions, and yellow plant equipment expertise. He has held executive positions in Operations at the Automotive Association of SA (AA), Managing Director (Operations outside RSA) at Super Group Africa, Executive: Operations & Business Development at Fleet Africa, and General Manager – Operations at Super Group
Industrial Products.

His consulting and advisory experience includes fleet strategy development for the Government of Lesotho, fleet outsourcing policy drafting for the Kenya Police Services, fleet implementation for the City of Johannesburg with Afrirent Holdings, and contract and SLA development for Resultant Finance. Tshidiso has successfully established operations in South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, and Uganda, designed fleet management solutions, and optimized maintenance workshops and call centers. His strategic insights and operational expertise drive innovation and efficiency in the fleet management industry.

Bryson Ngobeni

Bryson is an accomplished finance executive with a robust background in geology. He earned his BSc in Geology (Hons) from the University of Johannesburg in 2011. Early in his career, Bryson worked as an Exploration Geologist with the MSA Group, a premier consulting firm in the mining industry. During his time at MSA Group, he played a key role in numerous high-profile projects involving Platinum Group Metals (PGEs), chrome, gold, and base metals. His work spanned several countries, including South Africa, Ethiopia, Zambia, and Saudi Arabia, where he contributed to significant geological discoveries and resource evaluations.

Seeking to expand his professional horizons, Bryson transitioned into the finance sector, bringing his analytical skills and industry knowledge to his new role. Since 2015, he has served as the General Manager of Finance at Fleet Horizon Solutions. In this capacity, Bryson is responsible for the comprehensive management of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His strategic oversight ensures the financial stability and growth of the organization.

Bryson’s unique combination of geological expertise and financial acumen has enabled him to offer insightful perspectives on resource management and project financing. Tumisang O Tabengwa

Tumisang Tabengwa is an accomplished finance expert with extensive experience in risk management, financial engineering, and business development. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Basize Group, she is dedicated to enhancing corporate strategy and value, enabling organizations to improve their performance in intricate financial environments. She is a member of the South African Risk Management Institution, a bachelor of Finance General Degree holder from the Univeristy of Botswana, and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Financial Engineering at World Quant Univertsity USA, which further strengthens her quantitative and analytical skills. Her areas of expertise encompass investment analysis, corporate finance, and financial modeling, positioning her as a reliable advisor in the finance sector. With a solid foundation in financial consulting and corporate restructuring, Tumisang has collaborated with leading firms to utilize data effectively for improved profitability and sustainability, establishing her reputation as a prominent figure in the industry.
